Beer vinegar has existed for centuries (used mainly as a preservative especially in German speaking areas) but it?s never existed like this. Double fermented in oak barrels, the unfiltered, unpasturized golden vinegar has a spectrum of yeast aromas that stretch from aromatic and floral to deep and malty. Made entirely from beer brewed at the Holfstetten Brewery in Upper Austria, its light flavor with hints of hops is perfect for finishing, basting roast pork on soft cheese and salads, even burgers and fries.
